Reservation Sales Associate

We have Resort at Jim Corbett with 64 Rooms; we do Destination Wedding. Corporate Events. MICE, FIT/Groups. We are looking Female/Male Team members who will manage our booking. Who is having Software knowledge to manage booking/Generate Room booking. Send mail to client for booking confirmation. Inform our resort team about Client Stay details (CP, AP, MAP.) , Making Complete sheet of Reservation. connect with client for booking/Stay and Feedback. We are looking only experienced Person who is having reservation experience. who is ready to travel also.

• Booking Optimization: Monitor future room/table availability to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
• Customer Communication: Manage high-volume inquiries via email, telephone, and online aggregators promptly.
• System Management: Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, and POS systems.
• Group Reservations: Coordinate group bookings with Sales and Front Office departments.
• Revenue Collaboration: Work with revenue teams to set and adjust rates based on demand.
• Quality Assurance: Handle cancellations, no-shows, and maintain customer profiles to ensure accuracy.
