Job Description
- Service & Guest Management: Warmly greet and seat guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations. Actively solicit guest feedback to improve service and handle any complaints promptly.
- Supervision & Training: Lead the service team (servers/busboys) during shifts. Train new staff, conduct team briefings regarding daily specials and VIP guests, and ensure adherence to safety/hygiene standards.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality food delivery. Inspect stations for cleanliness and proper setup (cutlery, tablecloths, condiments) before and during service.
