Job Title: Restaurant Captain
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will supervise staff, handle guest queries, and maintain service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise waiters and service staff
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Take care of Guest satisfaction and handle complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen team for timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the floor
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in restaurant service
- Good communication skills
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Presentable and customer-friendly
