We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – West Delhi (Cafés & Dessert Stores)

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our West Delhi stores and keep daily operations running like clockwork. This role is for someone who understands café culture, thrives on structure, and knows how to balance people, process, and performance.

What you’ll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and team performance
• Ensure SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards are followed
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and central teams for smooth execution
• Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and basic cost controls
• Solve on-ground issues quickly and proactively
• Drive consistency, efficiency, and guest experience across stores

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in café / restaurant / QSR operations
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Operationally sharp, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working on the floor and leading from the front
• Based in or familiar with West Delhi operations
