Job Title: Restaurant Manager


Brand: Wok to Walk – India

Location: Jasola, New Delhi


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Wok to Walk outlet at a premium mall location in Jasola. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end restaurant operations, team leadership, customer experience, and liaison with mall management to ensure smooth daily functioning, compliance, and brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Restaurant Operations:

  • Oversee daily outlet operations including opening & closing procedures
  • Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and daily sales performance
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen & service teams

2. Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service & kitchen staff
  • Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and productivity
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and on-the-job training
  • Handle staff grievances and ensure a positive work culture

3. Mall Management Coordination:

  • Ensure compliance with mall SOPs, including:
  • Operating hours
  • Housekeeping & waste disposal norms
  • Fire, safety, and security regulations
  • Back-of-house and loading/unloading protocols
  • Coordinate for:
  • Maintenance issues
  • Mall inspections & audits
  • Event days, promotions, and extended hours
  • Handle mall-related documentation, penalties, notices, and approvals

4. Customer Experience:

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Drive repeat business through service excellence

5. Sales & Reporting:

  • Track daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Control costs and improve outlet profitability
  • Share MIS reports with Head Office as required
  • Support local marketing activities and mall promotions

 

Desired Candidate Profile


Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager
  • Experience in mall-based QSR or casual dining
  • Prior experience with international or premium food brands (preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of mall operations & compliance
  • Ability to handle pressure during peak hours and weekends
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS, inventory, email, Excel)

Education:

  • Graduate / Hotel Management background (preferred)
