Restaurant Manager

Nadoo is looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead the front-of-house team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, have strong leadership skills, and be comfortable managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

Manage and lead front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained at all times

Deliver excellent guest experiences and handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and smooth communication

Monitor inventory, ordering, vendor coordination, and stock control

Manage daily sales, cash handling, billing, and basic financial reporting

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements

Implement SOPs and maintain brand standards aligned with Nadoo's identity

Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and team motivation

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager

Prior experience in casual dining or premium restaurants preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Good understanding of restaurant operations, P&L basics, and cost control

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of POS systems and basic MS Excel preferred
