Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to look over the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Prepare staff schedules and manage payroll within budget
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Requirements:

• Fresher & Experienced both can apply but experienced candidate will be prefable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
