Working Days: 6 Days with a rotational shift

Role Description:- The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial role in the store's daily operations, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position requires direct engagement with customers, overseeing Field Sales Executives, and managing in-store activities to drive sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and sales execution.

• Supervise and guide a team of 10-15 Field Sales Executives, ensuring they meet their daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable vehicles.

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, financers, and internal team for timely deal closures.

• Maintain inventory records, update stock details, and manage vehicle availability.

• Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all transactions.

• Handle on ground issues and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when needed.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree is mandatory.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage field executives and coordinate store operations.

• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on sales and relationship building.

• Basic knowledge of finance and insurance processes is a plus.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
