Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with experience in mobile sales within Modern Trade (MT) & General Trade (GT) stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging customers, and promoting mobile products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Assist customers in selecting the right mobile devices and accessories based on their needs.

✔️ Drive mobile sales and actively promote buyback programs.

✔️ Professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations.

✔️ Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to enhance customer experience.

✔️ Work closely with the sales team to increase conversions and achieve sales targets.

✔️ Maintain product displays and ensure store shelves are well-stocked.

✔️ Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management.

Requirements:

✅ Experience: 1-3 years in mobile sales within Modern Trade (MT) & General Trade (GT) stores.

✅ Skills: good communication, customer service, and sales skills.

✅ Knowledge: Familiarity with various mobile brands and buyback programs.

✅ Education: Minimum High School (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.

✅ Other: Must be proactive, target-driven, and willing to work store hours.
