• Key Responsibilities
• :Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming environment.
• Product Presentation: Showcase and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various gold jewellery pieces.
• Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Inventory Assistance: Assist in stock management, ensuring displays are well-stocked and organized.
• Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Customer Feedback: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in gold jewellery to provide informed recommendations.
• Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers.
• Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.​
• Preferred Attributes:Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for design.
• Basic knowledge of gold purity, karat, and hallmarking.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
