Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to manage offline showroom sales and assist customers through calls and walk-ins. The role involves guiding customers, showcasing furniture options, handling queries, negotiating prices, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

You will play a key role in delivering a premium in-store experience and driving revenue for the brand.


Key Responsibilities


1. Showroom Sales (Offline)

  • Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
  • Showcase furniture products (sofas, beds, chairs, tables, décor, etc.)
  • Explain product features, materials, customization options, and pricing
  • Build trust and guide customers toward purchase decisions
  • Convert showroom visits into confirmed sales


2. Customer Handling (Calls & Follow-ups)

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and follow-ups
  • Assist customers in selecting products and placing orders remotely
  • Share product details, images, pricing, and customization options
  • Follow up with potential leads to close sales


3. Sales & Negotiation

  • Prepare and share price quotes with customers
  • Negotiate pricing within company guidelines to close deals
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance 


4. Coordination & Order Processing

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation and customization details
  • Ensure accurate order entries and documentation
  • Assist customers with payment processes and basic post-sale queries


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Prior experience in retail sales / showroom sales / furniture sales is a plus
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a presentable personality
  • Ability to understand design preferences and suggest suitable products
  • Basic knowledge of furniture and materials is preferred (training can be provided) 


Work Schedule

  • Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Weekly Off: Monday
  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Overtime: Paid extra as per company policy 


Salary & Incentives

  • Fixed monthly salary (based on experience)
