Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and experienced couture professional to manage our designer store and handle both offline and online sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of couture garments, client handling, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure a premium client experience
• Handle offline sales (store walk-ins, trials, consultations) and online sales (Instagram, WhatsApp, calls)
• Assist clients with outfit selection, styling, and trials
• Take accurate body measurements for custom and semi-custom couture outfits
• Coordinate fittings, alterations, and follow-ups with the production team
• Maintain client records, order details, and delivery timelines
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually presentable
• Communicate pricing, timelines, and customization details clearly to clients
• Build long-term relationships with brides, bridesmaids, and repeat clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in couture / designer wear is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Indian couture silhouettes, fabrics, and embellishments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in client styling, trials, and measurement taking
• Ability to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously
• Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude
• Comfortable handling luxury clientele
