Roles

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional way.

• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, queries, and trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills for managing customer data and sales records.
• Experience with Jewellery Brand or Retail sales.
