Job Title - Retail Sales Manager and Retail Sales Executives – HNI Clients (Delhi & Gurgaon)

Role Overview -

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving premium/luxury retail sales by acquiring, managing, and growing business from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) across Delhi and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must come with a strong, ready network of HNI clients and a proven track record of relationship-driven sales in luxury, lifestyle, jewellery, real estate, banking, or similar high-value categories.​


  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and grow a strong portfolio of HNI clients, with a focus on repeat and referral business.​
  • Leverage existing relationships with HNIs to generate walk-ins, private appointments, and high-value closures.​
  • Understand client preferences, lifestyle, and purchase behaviour to offer highly personalised product recommendations and solutions.​
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client outreach, networking, events, and in-store/onsite engagement.​
  • Plan and execute client engagement activities such as curated previews, exclusive launches, trunk shows, and private viewings for key HNIs.​
  • Maintain accurate client data, interaction history, and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools; prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.​
  • Work closely with the store/operations/merchandising team to ensure product availability, visual merchandising, and service standards are aligned with HNI expectations.​
  • Handle escalations, special requests, and after-sales service with high responsiveness and discretion to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.​
  • Continuously track market trends, competitor activity, and HNI buying patterns in Delhi-NCR to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.​


Candidate Profile - Experience

2–10 years of experience in luxury / premium retail sales / HNI relationship management.​


  • Demonstrable, active network of HNI clients in Delhi and/or Gurgaon is mandatory.​
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding high-value sales targets.​


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong HNI relationship-building and client-servicing skills with high professionalism and discretion.​
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English and confident Hindi.​
  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand client needs and position premium offerings accordingly.​
  • High personal grooming standards and an affinity for luxury brands, aesthetics, and experiences.​
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills for high-ticket transactions.​
  • Comfortable using CRM, MS Office, and digital tools for reporting and client management.​

Education

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Hospitality, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.​
