Candidate will be responsible for managing the overall store, increase customer base and footfall and increase food,beverage and grocery sales. To ensure all the recipes are being made as per sop and ensure proper stock taking and stock management.

He will also be responsible for retaining and motivating staff and improve their performance.

He will make purchasing decisions in consultation with management and coordinate with vendors for deliveries and orders.

The candidate will share periodic management reports with management.

Moreover, he will ensure physical and computer stock match at all times and there are minium expiries of the products.
