Female Retail Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Boutique

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Female Store Manager to lead our women’s fashion retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily store operations smoothly
• Drive sales and achieve targets
• Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising & store presentation
• Handle billing, stock management & inventory control
• Build strong customer relationships and repeat clientele

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail (fashion preferred)
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Leadership ability with a positive attitude
• Honest, dependable, and disciplined
• Basic knowledge of POS & inventory systems
• Well-groomed and confident personality

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + Incentives
