Job Description – RTV -Asst. Manager

Position: RTV -Asst. Manager

Role Overview:

The RTV -Asst. Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Return to Vendor (RTV) processes, ensuring timely closure of cases, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely closure of all RTV cases and maintain proper follow-up with concerned teams.

• Respond promptly to all open emails, including older pending cases and newly received queries.

• Coordinate and align regular RTV pickups, ensuring proper documentation and closure.

• Maintain effective written communication and coordination with warehouse, vendor, and KAM teams regarding the closure of RTV cases or Pickus.

• Accurately update and maintain all RTV-related data, reports, and trackers in the required sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2~3 years of experience in RTV or warehouse operations (preferred).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, email handling, and documentation.

• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and record-keeping abilities.
