• Handle order modifications, cancellations, exchanges
• Maintain order accuracy and timely updates
• 🚚 2. Shiprocket Dispatch ManagementGenerate shipping labels
• Coordinate dispatches
• Track shipments and resolve courier issues
• Ensure timely deliveries
• 💬 3. WhatsApp Sales & SupportHandle WhatsApp Business queries
• Convert inquiries into sales
• Follow up with abandoned cart customers
• Manage COD confirmations
• Upsell & cross-sell products
• 📱 4. Instagram DM & Comment ManagementRespond to product queries quickly
• Handle size, stock & pricing questions
• Drive DM conversations toward purchase
• Maintain brand tone (classy, premium, warm)
• 🤝 5. Influencer Collaboration CoordinationFollow up with influencers for content delivery
• Track pending collaborations
• Ensure posting timelines are met
• Coordinate product dispatch for influencers
• 📈 6. Sales Target ResponsibilityGenerate sales via WhatsApp & Instagram
• Follow up on warm leads
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
