Job Summary:We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate for our metal fabrication company located in Bishnu Garden, Delhi. The role primarily involves handling and responding to customer inquiries received through IndiaMART and ensuring proper follow-up and query resolution. There are no sales targets for this position.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle and respond to customer queries received via IndiaMART.
• Provide product details, quotations, and required information to clients.
• Maintain proper follow-up with customers.
• Coordinate with the production and operations team for order processing.
• Maintain records of inquiries and customer data.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Eligibility Criteria:Female candidates preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Prior experience in sales coordination or marketing support is an advantage.
