Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a full-stack sales role.

You will:

  • Handle leads
  • Visit clients
  • Do field sales
  • Explain the technical product
  • Meet OEMs, consultants, and factories
  • Prepare quotations
  • Follow up
  • Close deals
  • Build long-term relationships
  • Work directly with management

This role requires strong technical understanding + aggressive sales execution.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Handling & Inside Sales

  • Handle all IndiaMART and inbound leads within 5–10 minutes
  • Make regular outbound calls to new & existing clients
  • Qualify customers based on load, rating, urgency, and industry
  • Maintain detailed records in Zoho/CRM

2. Field Visits & Technical Meetings

  • Visit customers for site assessments, load study, and requirement gathering
  • Meet OEMs, consultants, panel builders, and factory owners for technical discussions
  • Conduct product demos and explain UPS/Servo features clearly
  • Handle all technical objections and application-related queries

3. Quotation, Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Follow up aggressively until closure
  • Negotiate pricing within guidelines
  • Drive decision-making with clients
  • Close deals independently

4. OEM & Consultant Relationship Development

  • Regular visits to OEMs, fabricators, machine suppliers, and consultants
  • Build long-term partnerships
  • Position Enventa as a technical partner, not a vendor
  • Share product documents, specifications, and case studies

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor pricing and product movement
  • Provide weekly business reports
  • Support management with market insights
  • Identify new segments and applications

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must Have

  • Experience in UPS, Servo Stabilizers, Electrical Panels, Switchgear, DG Sets, Drives, or any power electronics product
  • Confidence in both field and telephonic sales
  • Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Must be comfortable with daily field movement

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling Online UPS specifically
  • Existing network of OEMs, consultants, or industrial clients
  • Experience with IndiaMART
