Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and disciplined Admission Counsellor to join our MGA team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, convincing clients, closing admissions, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel doctors and medical professionals about our courses and training programs
• Convince and negotiate with clients to close admissions
• Handle the complete admission process
• Regular follow-ups with prospective and enrolled clients
• Maintain proper records and updates of leads and admissions
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Eligibility CriteriaFreshers are welcome (basic English communication required)
• Candidates with prior counselling or sales experience will be preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude
• Ability to handle national and international clients
