Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of consultative selling, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and generate new B2B sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Willingness to travel or meet clients as required
