Role Overview:We are seeking energetic and results-driven Sales and marketing executives to lead our property bookings and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, hospitality, or event industry, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and achieve monthly booking targets for villas and farmhouses.
  • Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and agents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and staycation management team to create promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, bookings, and revenue.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and suggest strategies to increase bookings.
  • Represent Homiestays at events, exhibitions, and collaborations when required.
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (hospitality or real estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
