Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our elevator and lift solutions, expand market reach, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales targets, and supporting brand growth in the elevator industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
• Promote elevator, lift, ARD, and related products to builders, architects, and contractors
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Maintain sales reports, CRM data, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in elevator, construction, or technical product sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in elevator or building equipment industry
• Technical understanding of elevator systems
• Excellent presentation and customer handling skills
