Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Female)

Location: Office / Field

Industry: Exothermic Welding Powder & Moulds / Construction Material

Company: Yogeshwar Construction

Key Responsibilities:

नए ग्राहकों की खोज (Lead Generation) और उनके साथ नियमित फॉलो-अप करना।

कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट्स (Exothermic Powder, Moulds, Accessories) की जानकारी ग्राहकों को समझाना।

Quotations, Price List और Product Details भेजना।

Existing clients के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना और repeat orders सुनिश्चित करना।

Sales targets को achieve करना और daily/weekly report देना।

सोशल मीडिया / WhatsApp Business के माध्यम से marketing activities में मदद करना।

Market visit करके product promotion करना (जब आवश्यक हो)।

Customer queries को resolve करना और professional communication बनाए रखना।

Required Skills:

अच्छी communication skills (Hindi/English)

Smart, presentable और confident personality

Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Excel)

Sales में interest और convincing power

Team के साथ coordinate करने की क्षमता

Qualification:

Minimum 12th / Graduate

Sales या Customer Handling का अनुभव हो तो प्राथमिकता
