RAMA MARKETING COMPANY is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for FMCG food products such as Sabji Masala, Sattu, Nimki, Thekua and other packed food items. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities.

The role involves identifying new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors while implementing effective sales strategies to support business growth. The position offers an attractive in-hand salary along with strong growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell FMCG food products (Sabji Masala, Sattu, Nimki, Thekua, etc.) in the assigned market.

• Close sales through various methods such as cold calling, product demonstrations, and door-to-door retail visits.

• Visit Kirana stores, general stores, and wholesalers to generate orders.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

• Ensure proper product visibility and placement at retail outlets.

• Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to management.

• Maintain and expand the client database efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• FMCG sales experience preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred

• Local market knowledge will be an advantage
