Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and market share across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies in the automotive and HVAC sectors and a proven track record of strategic selling, B2B marketing, and technical solution promotion.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target Tier 1 & Tier 2 automotive and HVAC companies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for rubber and adhesive products.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and technical teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Product Promotion & Marketing:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline campaigns.
  • Lead participation in trade shows, expos, and industry events.
  • Prepare technical product presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and pipeline reports to management.
  • Technical Collaboration:

  • Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure product specifications meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and suggest enhancements or customizations.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales & marketing in rubber, adhesives, automotive components, or HVAC-related industries.
  • Strong network with Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEMs and suppliers.
  • Proven ability to sell technical products and manage key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and basic data analysis.
  • Preferred Experience:Experience in selling butyl rubber tapes, EVA rubber products, insulation sheets, or compressor noise jackets.
  • Background in OEM/Tier 1 vendor development processes, quality audits, and product validation.
  • Familiarity with industry standards like ISO/TS 16949, IATF, or ASHRAE codes for HVAC.
