The Sales Manager Franchise Business will be responsible for driving regional and Pan-India franchise sales growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing logistics franchise partners. The role focuses on achieving franchise acquisition targets, supporting franchise performance, and strengthening the company logistics network. This position requires regular travel to franchise locations and active coordination with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and acquire new logistics franchise partners across assigned regions
• Travel extensively across Pan-India franchise locations and corporate offices to drive franchise sales growth and performance.
• Achieve franchise sales targets and contribute to Pan-India network expansion.
• Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and commercial negotiations
• Support agreement finalization and onboarding processes.
• Participate in franchise expos, roadshows, and business events.
Franchise Management & Performance:
• Support franchise partners in achieving revenue and operational targets
• Monitor franchise KPIs, sales performance, and growth metrics
• Ensure franchise compliance with brand, operational, and service standards.
• Assist in franchise reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
• Address partner concerns and escalate issues when required
Coordination & Reporting:
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Finance teams for franchise onboarding and training.
• Maintain accurate franchise sales data, MIS, and pipeline reports
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
• Support renewals and ongoing commercial discussions
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (Preferred)
Experience & Skills:
• 3-8+ years of experience in sales or franchise business development.
• Experience in logistics, courier, retail, or distribution-based sales models.
• Exposure to franchise acquisition and partner management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
