Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and passion for sales. Experienced candidates should have a basic understanding of real estate sales, while freshers will receive training and guidance to grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in generating leads through calls, referrals, and online platforms.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to enhance conversion.
• Provide detailed project information and guide customers throughout the buying journey.
• Update client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting formats.
• Support the senior sales team during negotiations and deal closures.
• Stay informed about project updates, pricing, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with strong communication and interest in real estate are welcome.
• Experienced candidates (up to 3 years) should have basic selling or customer-handling experience.
• Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets.
• Presentable personality and customer-first mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
