We are currently hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate & Academic Counsellor for Delhi Location

Reporting office: Delhi (India) Nehru place


Sales Associate:


Experience: 0-3 Years

Competitive Salary: 25000 Fixed + 5000 incentives + ₹2,000 conveyance (incentives based on performance)


Key Responsibilities:

1. Build strong relationships with parents and introduce them to programs.

2. Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective leads and drive trial bookings.

3. Generate excitement and interest for courses through effective communication.

4. Understand parents’ needs and recommend suitable programs for their children.

5. Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly targets.


Who You Are:

1. Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

3. Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.

4. Eager to learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced global environment.

Academic Counsellor:

Experience: 3-5 Years

CTC: Until 8 LPA

Only from ED-TECH Industry experience will be considered.


About the job:

This is an opportunity to work directly with a European EdTech startup based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The company provides after-school coding and robotics classes to students from age 6-16 years. We are looking for a talented Student Counsellor to advise, consult and sell to parents in Europe/US. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and influencing skills. The goal is to close every qualified parent prospect. The role includes the entire process of reviewing the demo class, seeking feedback from the teacher, setting up conversations with the parent, convincing them about our value proposition, and closing the sale.


Responsibilities:

  • Initiating phone/video conference conversations with parents to convince them after the demo class
  • Own the sale - follow up and close every parent prospect. Learn from every conversation and be better than yesterday
  • Communicate the value proposition across all channels - email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or Zoom call
  • Know your numbers, and work on improving the numbers - never settle. Be conscious of the conversion rate and average revenue generated per closure
  • We do consultative sales - this requires one to understand the expectations of the prospect and tie the same to the benefits of the product
  • Keep CRM updated with all conversations


Skills Required:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
  • Good interpersonal skills to have a conversation with ease with the prospects
  • Ability to deliver sales pitches effectively depending on the prospect
  • Ability to handle push-back and be able to influence with logic
  • Confident and a high-growth mindset
  • High learning ability to understand the industry, geography, key terminologies, concepts, and product quickly to be effective in the field

Work Schedule:

- 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, 9 working hours

- 6 working days, 1 week off during weekdays 

- Working Time, 3 PM IST - 1 AM IST


  • Nature of Work: Hybrid - Laptop Mandatory 3 Days from Office, 3 days from home, 1 day week off on a week day
