Sales Co-ordinator

A sales coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales staff. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales reports and presentations, managing customer databases, and assisting with sales activities like setting goals and arranging appointments. 

Core responsibilities

• Team and schedule management: Coordinate sales team schedules, appointments, and activities, and manage territories.
• Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks, such as managing customer databases, processing orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Client communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, manage communications, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales support: Assist in creating sales presentations, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure sales materials are up-to-date.
• Reporting and data management: Prepare sales reports and track data to help monitor performance and identify process bottlenecks. 

Key skills and qualifications

• Organizational skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and the sales team.
