Sales Co-ordinator

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator for our interior furnishing company.

This is a back-office coordination role involving client communication, follow-ups, and sales team support.

⚠️ No field work. No telesales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new enquiries via WhatsApp, calls & email
• Coordinate with sales executives for site visits
• Do client follow-ups and status updates
• Prepare basic quotation drafts (training will be given)
• Update Google Sheets / Excel / CRM
• Track shade cards and documents
• Share daily & weekly work updates

🔹 

Requirements

• Graduate preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in back office / admin / coordination
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Email, Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Organized, responsible & disciplined
