Sales Co-ordinator

SV Agrofood is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Domestic Sales Team . The role focuses on coordinating with customers, internal teams, and sales executives to ensure smooth order execution and efficient sales support across the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the domestic sales team for order processing and follow-ups

Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), sales orders, and dispatch details

Communicate with domestic customers regarding order status, pricing, deliveries, and documentation

Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and MIS reports

Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for timely dispatches

Assist in payment follow-ups and coordination with the accounts team

Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine sales-related issues
