                                        Sales Coordinator

 

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

o  Experience: 2+ years of sales experience (In cosmetic and FMCG or Pharma)

o  Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

o  Shift Timing: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM

o  Salary: Up to 3 LPA (Negotiable)

o  Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination activities
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
  • Process sales orders and track order status
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases
  • Coordinate with customers, logistics, and finance teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team
  • Ensure timely delivery and resolve order-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and reporting
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
