1. Draft and send professional emails, share catalogues and quotations, and maintain accurate client records.
2. Handle and respond to daily enquiries received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Google, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other business porta
3. Screen, qualify, and follow up with leads through inbound and outbound calls
4. Handle walk-in clients by understanding their requirements and explaining product specifications, pricing, MOQs, and delivery timelines
5. Maintain and update lead data, follow-up records, and sales reports
