Job Summary

We are hiring for the Sales Coordinator profile to manage the end-to-end sales process, acting as the liaison between clients, sales teams, and production/dispatch departments. Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing quotations, handling client inquiries, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management & Logistics: Register Customer Orders (OC), convert them to Production Orders (PO), and coordinate with production/dispatch departments for timely delivery.
• Customer Support & Communication: Manage client queries via phone/email, provide updates on stock availability and order status, and build strong relationships.
• Documentation & Record Management: Prepare sales reports, invoices, packing lists, and maintain records.
• Sales Support: Assist sales managers with quotations, lead generation, and tracking, including managing CRM systems.
• Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with the accounts team to monitor and follow up on customer payments.

Common Tasks

• Preparing Price Lists and Quotations.
• Issuing Proforma Invoices and Dispatch Details.
• Ensuring QC clearance and proper packing of plastic products. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 6 Months experience in sales coordination, ideally within the plastic manufacturing, polymer, or packaging industry will be an added advantage.
• Education: Graduate in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word)
• Attributes: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
