Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key client accounts via phone communication.
- Achieve weekly & monthly targets.
- Work on online leads like India Mart & other platforms and initiate B2B sale on call.
- Supervise and guide the team in handling client calls and managing internal sales.
- Take orders from clients, process them efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer disputes.
Key Competencies Required:
- Soft-spoken with clear speech.
- Confident and persuasive on calls.
- Strong convincing and selling skills.
- Must have an Android phone.
- Must have managed 10–12 local B2B clients
