Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Team and schedule management: Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and training.
  • Sales support: Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Client communication: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, handle complaints, and manage customer data.
  • Order and data management: Process and verify customer orders, track sales leads, and maintain the customer database.
  • Performance and strategy: Help set sales goals and evaluate team performance to ensure targets are met.
