Job Title: Sales Coordinator

CTC: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/ Month (PF & ESI deductions - ₹3,750)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT hardware and peripherals segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate sales networks and be well-connected within the IT sales and rental ecosystem. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a keen interest in supporting business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on assigned B2B leads within 24 hours to understand client requirements, qualify opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion by sharing client insights, preparing quotations, proposals, and basic product information.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, IT managers, procurement teams, and channel partners within the IT sales/rental ecosystem.
  • Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in closing support by tracking deal progress, documentation, pricing approvals, and order processing.
  • Collect client feedback and share actionable inputs to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years in B2B sales or similar sales role
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
  • Familiarity with email etiquette and Google Workspace tools
  • Confident, professional demeanor
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups
  • Willingness to work full-time from the office
