Job Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients who seek exclusive, high-end products. The ideal candidate will possess a refined understanding of the luxury market, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales within the luxury sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with VIP clients, understanding their unique preferences and delivering personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
  • • Sales Performance: Drive sales by actively prospecting, identifying, and converting leads into loyal customers. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our luxury product offerings, including features, benefits, and the craftsmanship behind each item, to effectively communicate the brand’s value to clients.
  • • Consultative Selling: Engage with clients in a consultative manner to recommend the best products based on their needs and desires, providing exceptional service throughout the purchasing process.
  • • Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with professionalism, upholding its values and image in every client interaction, both in-store and online.
  • • Customer Service Excellence: Provide a world-class, tailored shopping experience for clients, ensuring timely and precise order fulfilment, after-sales service, and addressing any client concerns.
  • • Event Participation: Attend and support exclusive brand events, product launches, and promotional activities, establishing the brand’s presence in the luxury market.
  • • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems with client interactions, and report sales progress to management regularly.
  • • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging products, using this knowledge to stay ahead of market demands and drive sales strategies. Requirements:
  • • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in luxury sales, high-end retail, or a premium service sector.
  • • Sales Skills: Exceptional ability to close sales, develop client relationships, and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • • Luxury Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury market, consumer behaviour, and the ability to cater to high-net-worth individuals with discretion and professionalism.
  • • Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate with confidence.
  • • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering unparalleled customer service, with a strong ability to anticipate and meet the needs of discerning clients.
  • • Professional Appearance: Impeccable personal grooming and presentation to reflect the luxury standards of the brand.
  • • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other sales tools.
  • • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory. Desirable Attributes:
  • • A strong network within the luxury community (personal shoppers, VIP clients, social influencers, etc.). • Multilingual abilities are a plus. • A passion for high-end products, fine craftsmanship, and a refined sense of style.
