Noida, Gurgaon, and Delhi (Field work across different vegetable mandis)

Salary :

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Mandi Operations / Vegetable Trading / Agriculture Market

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Sales Coordinator who has experience working in vegetable mandis. The candidate will be responsible for identifying vegetable mandis in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon, securing space for selling vegetables, and building a local sales team that will handle the selling operations in the mandi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mandi Identification & Research

• Identify and analyze major vegetable mandis in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.
• Study mandi demand, pricing trends, and competition.
• Develop relationships with mandi committees, traders, and commission agents.

2. Stall / Selling Space Arrangement

• Find and secure space/stalls in mandis for selling vegetables.
• Coordinate with mandi authorities for permissions and setup.
• Ensure proper stall setup and daily operations.

3. Sales Team Building

• Identify and recruit local sales staff / helpers / agents in the mandi.
• Train them for vegetable selling and customer handling.
• Manage and monitor team performance.

4. Sales & Operations Management

• Oversee daily vegetable selling activities in the mandi.
• Coordinate supply of vegetables to the mandi location.
• Monitor daily sales and maintain stock movement.

5. Relationship Management

• Build relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and local vendors.
• Handle operational issues in the mandi.

6. Reporting

• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Share market feedback, price trends, and demand insights.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of vegetable mandis and trading system.
• Good negotiation and networking skills.
• Ability to build and manage a small sales team.
• Basic understanding of pricing, demand, and supply in vegetable markets.
• Willing to work in field-based mandi environments.

Education:

Graduate preferred (Agriculture / Business / Commerce), but relevant mandi experience is more important.
