Sales Coordinator

Location:

New Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team, banks, and NBFCs for mortgage loan processing.
• Assist in client onboarding, documentation, and loan application tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures using Excel and CRM tools.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Support management in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle client queries with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operational flow.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software.
• Basic understanding of financial products, especially mortgage loans.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, financial services, or related field.
• Freshers with strong computer and financial knowledge may also apply.
