Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Identify, qualify and nurture leads across US markets
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team
- Handle outbound, inbound & webinar-generated leads with timely follow-ups
- Maintain daily CRM updates, pipeline hygiene and activity reporting
- Participate in client visits, events, or seminars when required
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Minimum 2 qualified leads per day
- Strong CRM discipline and structured follow-ups
- Consistent outreach, conversion tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in IT Training, EdTech or B2B services (preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and multi-channel outreach
- Result-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability
