Job Description

 Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails and LinkedIn
  • Identify, qualify and nurture leads across US markets
  • Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Handle outbound, inbound & webinar-generated leads with timely follow-ups
  • Maintain daily CRM updates, pipeline hygiene and activity reporting
  • Participate in client visits, events, or seminars when required


Performance Expectations (KPIs)

  • Minimum 2 qualified leads per day
  • Strong CRM discipline and structured follow-ups
  • Consistent outreach, conversion tracking and reporting


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in IT Training, EdTech or B2B services (preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and multi-channel outreach
  • Result-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability
