Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.

Understand all spare parts used in our machines.

2.

Understand the complete working and operation of our machines.

3.

Support customers by helping in service-related issues for machines installed at client sites.

4.

Sell spare parts to existing and new customers.

5.

Build strong customer relationships by ensuring fast service support and timely delivery of spare parts.

6.

Coordinate closely with the service team and service engineers for smooth issue resolution.

7.

Monitor spare parts stock and ensure required availability at all company branches.

Skill Requirements:

1.

Good communication skills.

2.

Good understanding of machine operations.

3.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems will be an added advantage.

4.

Good command over Hindi and English languages.

Qualification:

•

Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical knowledge will be an added advantage)
