Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the voice of EarlyFit—connecting with potential customers, understanding their goals, and helping them take the first step toward a fitter life. Think relationship-builder, opportunity-spotter, and deal-closer (with empathy).

What You’ll Do ?

• Start meaningful conversations and turn them into long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right EarlyFit solutions
• Own the sales cycle—from first “hello” to confident “let’s do this”
• Follow up like a pro (because good sales is great listening)
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve conversion journeys
• Keep CRM and sales records updated (yes, the important stuff)

What You Bring to the Table ?

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills (clarity > jargon)
• Goal-oriented mindset with a healthy dose of persistence
• Ability to handle objections with confidence and empathy
• Comfort with targets—and the motivation to exceed them
• Passion for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a big plus
