Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in home décor, lifestyle, or gifting industry to drive both B2B and B2C sales. This role requires someone who understands premium positioning, has strong relationship-building skills, and can actively contribute to revenue growth across channels.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales (Primary Focus)Identify and onboard new corporate clients, interior designers, architects, retailers, and bulk buyers
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients
  • Pitch Sammsara collections for corporate gifting, hospitality, and retail partnerships
  • Handle bulk order negotiations, pricing, and closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timelines
  • B2C SalesAssist in driving direct-to-consumer sales via:
  • WhatsApp selling
  • Instagram / social inquiries
  • Website-assisted conversions
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers
  • Handle high-value customer interactions and upselling
  • Sales Strategy & ExecutionAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
  • Track sales performance and report insights
  • Support seasonal campaigns (festive, wedding, corporate gifting)
  • Required Skills & Experience2–5+ years of experience in home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or gifting industry
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of premium/luxury customer mindset
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM tools
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
