Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven 2-Wheeler Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our range of two-wheelers. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for vehicles, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell 2-wheeler products to prospective customers through walk-ins, calls, and leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable 2-wheeler models and financing options.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Provide accurate product information, test rides, and demonstrations to customers.
• Coordinate with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and documentation.
• Keep track of sales reports, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches.
• Attend promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
• Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 12th pass; a diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing/Business is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in 2-wheeler or automotive sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a result-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of 2-wheeler models, features, and financing options is desirable.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and follow-ups.
