URGENT HIRING FOR THE SALES EXCUTIVE
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and skilled in consultative selling.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid value propositions
- Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
- Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
