About the Role

We are hiring experienced sales professionals who want to earn high, performance-linked income in a growing consulting business.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, self-driven, and serious about sales.

This is a pure commission-based sales consultant role with no income cap.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert clients for consulting services such as MSME, licenses, compliance, subsidies, and certifications
• Understand client requirements and pitch services professionally
• Close deals and ensure payment realization
• Coordinate with internal teams after sales closure
• Work from office for sales coordination and client interaction
• Maintain ethical sales practices (no false commitments)

Earning & Commission

• Commission from first successful closure
• High commission on diagnostic fees and execution projects
• Commission payable only on payment received
• Transparent slabs, no hidden conditions
• Payout within defined cycle

Who Should Apply (IMPORTANT)

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales / business development
• Experience in service sales, consulting, B2B, or field/office sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with hunger to earn
• Comfortable working on commission-based structure
• Looking for long-term growth, not short-term salary
