Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruiter cum Sales Executive.

● Identify and source qualified candidates for our international job requirements.

● Pitch services to individual customers via calls, digital platforms etc.

● Convert daily leads into successful closures

● Follow up aggressively with potential customers to ensure maximum conversion

● Handle objections and rejections confidently

● Record customer information and sales data accurately

● Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires .

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working hours : 9 am - 6 pm ( Work from Office )

Working days: Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off)

Experience: 1 year - 3 years

Salary: 20k - 30k + incentives
